ReturnsWithin 14 days of delivery, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached. Write to us with your order number and we arrange collection in Egypt. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 working days of receipt.

ExchangesSize exchanges are free within Egypt while the size is in stock. Colour exchanges are treated as a return and a new order.

The Veil is cut relaxed through the body and designed to be worn loose or belted. It runs true to size. If you are between sizes, take the smaller one; the tie belt gives the room.

Every Blank piece is repaired for life, free of charge. Buttons, hems, seams, cuffs, tie belts. Wear it hard; we will look after it.

How it worksWrite to us with a photo and your order number. We send a courier in Egypt, or a prepaid label abroad. The garment comes back within two weeks, pressed.
