Can I pay on delivery?
Yes, anywhere in Egypt, in cash or by card to the courier. No fee.

Which size should I take?
The Veil runs true to size and is cut relaxed. Between sizes, take the smaller one; the tie belt gives the room. See the size guide in Client care.

How long does delivery take?
3–5 working days in Egypt, next working day in Cairo and Giza with Express. International by DHL in 5–8 working days.

Can I return or exchange?
Within 14 days, unworn with tags. Size exchanges are free in Egypt while the size is in stock.

Will a sold-out colour come back?
Current colours return with the next lot of cloth, usually in about six weeks. Archive pieces are never repeated.
