Refund policy

Returns

You can return any current piece within 14 days of delivery, unworn, unwashed and with its tags attached. Write to us with your order number and we arrange collection anywhere in Egypt.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 working days of the piece reaching us. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or wallet.

Exchanges

Size exchanges are free within Egypt while the size is in stock. A colour exchange is treated as a return and a new order.

Not returnable

Gift cards, made-to-measure pieces, and pieces that have been worn, washed or altered.
